Stray Dog Strut starts out with a brand-new bounty, Abdul Hakeem. He stole a special trained information dog, and is now being chased down by the bebop gang among others. 
Abdul's motive is never really specified in the episode however. When Spike finally does finally track him down, the two engage in an plane-car mashing, before Spike as usual, loses his bounty (this time to the police) and instead gets the dog, Ein.
