Suddenly, out of nowhere, laser beams from an abandoned U.S. satellite cover the Earth, making..doodles? Is this the work of the superhacker known as "Radical Edward"?
As the Bebop crew searches for clues to the mysterious hacker, she turns up in the most unlikely place...their computer. She then explains to them, that it isn't her who is making the marks, but the satellite itself.
