December 2, 2000 The girls and I had some shopping to do today because we had activation and the Christmas party for our service fraternity this weekend. We stopped by Wal-mart, and we bought some white elephant gifts. We were also at T-galaxy to buy paddles for the Bigs and Littles. I myself only had to buy a white elephant gift and my Feng Shui candle. I'm such a dork sometimes…a little while back, I was totally into Feng Shui. My room had to be totally in harmony so that my life would be perfect…I'm still waiting to see the results. Either way, I saw these totally cool Feng Shui candles, and if nothing else, they'll add to the ambiance of my room. We got done shopping in a couple of hours, and when we got back to Dom's dorm, we wrapped our gift. I took a little nap, and I was awakened so that I could do Anne's hair. I promised her that I would make her look good tonight. As I was doing her hair, she was talking to a fellow brother who was buying some alkyhal… I told her to tell him to get me some beer….ick. I know…beer is disgusting, and I hate it…but it's cheap. I finished her hair, she looked awesome…and we all left for the party. When Dom, Josie, Anne, and I got there…it looked like such a pathetic party. Believe me…I was trying to down those beers as fast as I could. The girls and I left at about 10:00p.m., after we had exchanged our gifts. I ended up with the gift that Josie bought. (Two other people besides the girls and I got gifts to exchange) When we got back to the dorms, Anne was heading out to a TKE party. She asked me to come along, so I dragged Dom with me. Anne and I were a little bit "happy" at this point.…so we were all about having more fun. The TKEs were having their Christmas/Crush party, so the whole night I was telling everyone that one of the frat boys invited me to the crush party. I couldn't believe how many of the girls I knew there…they were either from my French class or fellow honors leaders. It was so awesome. When I walked in, though, I was my roommate, Jeff, there. When we were all dancing, he was feeding me more beers, and I was having so much fun. It was a blast. We all didn't want to stay too long, so Dom drove us back home. There was a party on Noble, so Anne and I headed down there. My night wasn't ready to end. I was hanging out with people that I really didn't know, and I was flirting with boys like there was no tomorrow. Anne and I hung with each other the whole night, and we were having such a good time. But, she left to go to bathroom, and I never really saw her since. I shortly there after went back to my room. I was really feeling my alcohol by this point…so I just crashed on my bed.
