International Driver's Permit

Frankly, I think that this is a waste of time, and you will never need it. However some people want to play it safe and get one, and that is fine. I never needed one to rent a car or to drive one. Basically you send someone twenty bucks and they send you another card to put in your wallet. If someone tells you, that you have to have one, then at least ask them why.
