Prices

The price of hiring the venue will hire on exactly what you want from us. If you only have a small function you may only want to hire one of the rooms or perhaps if its a function that won't require the bar being open. Below we have listed as many prices for as many things as we feel people may be interested in for their function. Please bare in mind however these are just quotes, it's likely that the more you want to hire then the greater discount we will be able to give you.

Full Building Hire is taken to include the downstairs bar and bar area, upstairs bar and bar area,  the dance floor with use of the big screen or stage and full lighting system if required. If you do not require full building hire and perhaps just use of the dance floor for example then please let us know when you contact us.

Full Building Hire with Bar - £500 for first 5 hours and £250 for every subsequent hour

Full building hire without bar - £400 for first 5 hours and £250 for every subsequent hour

DJ Hire - £250 (For 5 hours)

Karaoke Hire - £250 (For 5 hours)

Hot or Cold Food/Buffet £5 per head and upwards

On Campus Overnight Accommodation - £30 per person
