want to make sure that we have a large enough turn out for the next
meeting to warrant the time volunteered for speakers at this meeting.
Please confirm back to me if you are going to attend “for
sure” or “maybe”.
Due to the Christmas season etc., if we do not have enough “for
sure’s” we will have to cancel/postpone. As a
reminder, the speaker topics are Networking and “How to Work
with Exec Recruiters in this down market”. Also plenty
of time for “general networking”.

next 2 general networking sessions are scheduled as follows:

Location: Steve McKesson's house in Solana Beach (421 N. Granados
Ave)
We have dedicated 2 hours to this session as we have 2 guest speakers,
along with general networking. The speakers will address the
topic of "networking tips & tricks" as well as "working
with recruiters in this down market".
The wife & husband team of Steve Gebler and Brenda Cone will
be addressing these topics. Most of you should know Brenda,
and her husband Steve, is a professional recruiter based in San
Diego however does recruiting nationwide.
Bring your questions & ideas. If you have specific questions
for either Brenda or Steve, please send them to Brenda or me.

Maybe it will be time to take a fresh look at each other's resumes?
We are also working on a holiday gathering
(strictly social) in the first half of December to include this
group and your "significant other". More details
will follow if-and-when we can arrange a date and venue. It
will be informal and pot-luck.
