ServiceCenter Implementer, St. Louis, MO

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsibilities: Analyze, design, tailor, test, debug, and document modifications to Peregrine's ServiceCenter application. The successful candidate must have a proven track record with Peregrine products and be able to work well in a dynamic environment. This is a great opportunity to get involved with a large implementation (1000+ users) in a growing organization.

Requirements:
- Must have 4 years experience tailoring Peregrine's ServiceCenter application in a P4 and Windows or UNIX environment.
- Past experience tailoring and implementing SC versions 1.4 and later preferred.
- Must be able to articulate and demonstrate configuration of major SC modules for practical application.
- Demonstrate use of ServiceCenter utilities.
- Implementation of Peregrine's AssetCenter and Connect.It applications a plus.
- Experience with ORACLE and Crystal Reports.
- Basic programming skills in OO programming technologies and scripting languages (e.g. VB, ASP,).
- Demonstrated knowledge of networking technologies including common Internet (e.g. HTML, POP3, SMTP, Proxies).
- Four year degree or equivalent work experience in all stages of SDLC involving packaged software selection, implementation, and application.
- Knowledge and/or application of ITIL methods a plus.
