Comsys is looking for a Senior Peregrine ServiceCenter Implementation team. Must have hands on implementation experience with version 4.0 and prefer any 5.0 experience. Large client environment. Service Center modules include Service Management, Incident Management, Inventory/Configuration Management, Change Management, ServiceCenter SCAutomate for Paging Interface (outbound only), ServiceCenter SCAutomate for E-mail Interface (inbound and outbound), and ServiceCenter SCAutomate 3270, and Connect.IT.

Plus: Request Management, Root Cause, ICM, IR Expert, Knowlix, Report Center.
This senior team will have responsibility for ServiceCenter development, ! testing and deployment tasks. Must have working knowledge of Unix and NT operating systems including system administration of ServiceCenter, and programming experience. Must have system integration experience with Telephony Call Visor and CenterVU, Mainframe OS390, Email HP Open Mail, and Paging EPage. Must also be able to mentor and train other team members.
