RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for compiling data and tracking Embedded License
opportunities
• Forecast on a weekly basis for Embedded License opportunities
• Assist Oracle reps, prospects and Alliance contracts in
structuring, processing, and tracking deals to completion
• Be willing to voice articulate market trends and sales strategy
as it relates to the Embedded opportunity
• Stay current on the latest business practices, products,
and pricing as it relates to Embedded Licenses
• Participate in all Regional and channel meetings, training,
and conference calls to keep up to date and ensure national consistency
in indirect operations
• Gather data for quarterly and monthly indirect sales reports
and present them to regional team
• Represent regional team for any projects/issues which relate
to the Embedded License program
• Leverage Channel Business Development resources for training
and program development
• Manage all Indirect business (VAR, ASFU, and ESL) as it
relates to your regional team
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Four to six years high tech sales experience with forecasting
experience
• Working knowledge of Oracle's products and services (Selling
the Embedded License a plus)
• Ability to communicate effectively over the telephone with
high level decision makers
• Ability to work independently
