RVP Sales for the East Coast

My name is Dal Coger and I'm an executive recruiter located in Boston Massachusetts.  Today I'm working on a very exciting engagement with a client of mine that is a Systems and Security Software company located in California.  They had at least $245MM in sales for 2001 and about 1,600 employees. 
 
I'm seeking to identify an excellent RVP of Sales for the East Coast for my client.  They will manage a sales force of roughly 150 sales & support folks and carry a sales quota of $125MM or greater.   This position will command a very competitive compensation package including significant base, bonus and equity options.  Location will be in New York City or elsewhere on the East Coast.
