- At least 2 years experience in online marketing, 3 preferred
- Media planning and/or search engine marketing experience
- Integrated campaign planning & analysis (you will recommend marketing strategies, then help to optimize them for success using tracking and statistical analysis)
- Experience with, or willingness to train on and use DART tracking system
- Team player, able to manage marketing/creative processes and teams under tight deadlines with a smile
- Kid-glove customer service attitude, integrity a must
- Hard Skills: Excel, light accounting (process and review invoices from media), email, Web, strong writing skills (copywriting experience preferred)
- Leadership potential: product development, departmental best practices, improving existing processes and introducing new services
