SVP of Worldwide Sales

?My name is Dal Coger and I'm an Executive Recruiter.  Currently I'm working on a very exciting opportunity with a client of mine that in the System Software Space.  They compete with companies like Bindview and NetIQ.  They have been around for about three years and have been growing very dramatically, increasing revenues in that time frame from $7MM to $19MM.  My client has about 225 employees, the majority of them developers in St Petersburg, Russia.  About 60 folks are based here in the states.  Their US headquarters is in Ohio.
 
My client has about 3000 customers presently.  We're seeking to identify an excellent SVP of Worldwide Sales to run all of sales worldwide for my client.  This positon will command an excellent compensation package including significant base, bonus and pre-IPO equity.
