Alexis J. Estevez worked professionally in New York City where he conceived, produced, directed and edited projects for 20th Century Fox, Comedy Central, The Peter G. Peterson Foundation and Plum TV. He also created animatics, illustrations and storyboards for Adidas, Elizabeth Arden, Boost Mobile, Discovery Channel and HBO.

In 2010, Estevez moved to Los Angeles where he became the Lead Character Designer and Animation Cell Illustrator for the animated feature, The Road to Independence. He has since directed and edited projects for Bandai, Union Bank, Glad, Schick and has illustrated for the Disney Channel, Glock, Honda, the NFL, Nissan, Red Bull and Toyota. In addition to editing and associate producing the feature, Dead Meat Walking: A Zombie Walk Documentary, Estevez won Best Directing in a Web Series at the 2012 Hollywood and Vine Film Festival.
