The story kicks of with a bunch of documentary makers who are going to travel deep into the Amazon rainforest looking for a tribe of legendary Indians. Along the way they rescue a charismatic loner who has a secret motive, Which will lead the crew on a deadly collision course with the Anaconda, and will in turn leave each member of the crew fighting for their very own lives.
