In Doppelganger, Drew
Barrymore plays Holly Gooding, a beautiful but
disturbed young woman who flees New York after
the mysterious death of her mother. Arriving in
L.A., Holly protests to her flatmate Patrick
(George Newburn) that she is plagued by her
doppelganger who is killing off her family. When
they begin a passionate affair Patrick
desperately wants to believe her but is full of
doubts especially when an FBI agent turns up. And
is it Holly he is making love to or her deadly
double?
