News:
10/06/04 - The temporary official Raising The Stakes site
You can get info and pics of the upcoming IWC feature film, Raising The Stakes over at the temporary official site! We're close to completing principal photography, so it should be ready by 2005, if we're lucky.
8/21/04 - Raising The Stakes news
Well, since I haven't got the official Raising The Stakes page done yet, I'll go ahead and post a bit of news here. We're about half way done with shooting and we have another shoot tomorrow night. Right now, we're aiming to have the film shot by October and wrap up post production around the beginning of 2005. Also, there's another awesome special guest appearance lined up from Lloyd Kaufman, president of Troma Studios and the creator of The Toxic Avenger. This is looking out to be the biggest IWC film ever, so cross your fingers that all goes well!
8/16/04 - Horrorfind Weekend; NEW LAYOUT!
Hey folks, IWC was at Horrorfind Weekend IV this past weekend promoting Raising The Stakes and shooting a cameo with Baltimore horror host Count Gore De Vol for the film. To go along with our shameless promotion at Horrorfind, we finally got our new website layout online! We should be getting our own domain soon, but you'll just have to continue to deal with Angelfire until then.
7/26/04 - Killing Gregory is Dogpile95 approved; other news
Troma has certified IWC's latest film Killing Gregory as an official
Dogpile95 film! To learn what Dogpile is, check out the official website. In
other news, the new site design should be up soon... it'll be up as soon as I
get the images lined up right. Also, we've begun shooting Raising The Stakes,
which will hopefully be the first feature length IWC film. Details will be
posted if and when the film gets finished (encourage all IWC members to stay
interested so it won't get sidetracked!).
5/21/04 - Miss the Killing Gregory premiere?
That sucks... good thing we now have the full film online! Visit the Films
page to download it! Also, we did some "test screening through some of the bands
in Morgantown and in our theater classes. The reaction has been very positive
and even Zane claims it's one of our bests. Also, TJ, Josh, and Channell shot a
very-IWC inspired segment for the senior farewell episode of BTV(our school's TV
news show). Hopefully, we can get it online soon as well, because it's quite
amusing.
5/18/04 - Killing Gregory to premiere at Book N Bean on Thursday
Hey folks, be sure to come by the Book N Bean for open mic this Thursday,
because sometime within the 8pm hour, Justin will be taking time from his spot
to screen our new film Killing Gregory! The film will unfortunately not be
screened in surround sound, but it's still your first chance to see it before
August's Mini-Cinema event!
