As a work of fiction, your book should contain only your own words and nobody elses. However, if you require another author's words, you must receive their permission. Use the Quote Approval Form.
If you are supplying images for the book done by someone else, we will need their release. Once you have the permission form(s) signed and dated by you and the person or organization who owns the rights, you can send the finished form(s) to use as a pdf attached to an e-mail, or mailed to our snail mail address:
