Episode 1; Aun Is An Idiot: On a spaceship, a caped man chases a woman around, before being thwarted when she discovers and destroys his tracker - her ship crashes to earth. In a village, a boy Photon is dispatched to find Aun - a girl who has stolen the village's holy object, and has gone off chasing yet another crash. He finds her and saves her from bandits... however during their return to the village she outwits him, writes "idiot" on his forehead, and escapes. He sets out after her and she again thwarts him, leaving him to tumble into a watery underground construction. Evading attack from several machines, Photon flees and finds himself within a spaceship - along with the woman from earlier asleep! He writes idiot on her forehead and she awakens... meanwhile, the caped man from earlier - Papacha - discovers the location of the woman and arranges to find her. The woman attacks Photon and fails to hurt him, shocked that he has an identical mark of "idiot" on his forehead. Aun discovers she's completely lost, and the woman introduces herself to Photon as Keyne Aqua. Episode 2; The New Bride, Keyne: Keyne surveys the damage to her ship, and then ventures outside with Photon and her pet Koro-chan. Aun meanwhile finds her crush Laman, only to find he already has a wife! Outside, Keyne repairs her ship and tells Photon about herself, as Papacha descends to the planet with the Pochi and begins his search. The lost Aun runs into him and agrees to help find Keyne, but then discovers that Keyne is together with Photon... Despite a lack of success in Aun's search, Photon and Keyne eventually walk right into Papacha and are found! Photon retrieves Aun from the enemy's clutches, but they are then attacked by Papacha's troops... Keyne goes to surrender, but Photon makes short work of the attackers and leaves Papacha in the dust. Aun awakens to find that Keyne is Photon's "wife" and arguments ensue... as Photon and Koro-chan fall asleep. |
