Welcome,

I would like to take a few minutes to thank you for visiting my site.  This site is set up to introduce myself to you as a potential candidate  for a position within you company.  As you will see, I have a wide range of experiences and abilities, which makes for a well rounded education both through my learning's in school, and in practical experience.

My previous background has given me experience within the retail sector, dealing with various sales and marketing techniques.  It has proven to be invaluable in honing my skills in dealing with a wide assortment of individual personalities and backgrounds.

My retail management skills eventually lead me to a position with my current employer Walgreens, within the Accounting division for our Pharmaceutical environment.  My knowledge of accounting, insurance and the pharmacy systems, has allowed me to advance to our sales division, and eventually introduced  me to an opportunity to advance further into the pharmacy IT division.

As an IT professional, I have a tremendous amount of knowledge within the various regions of business to provide me an appreciation and understanding for the user community.  This coupled with my knowledge of the IT area, allows me to proficiently serve the demands of my division, which in turn allows me to promote the needs of my employer.

The commitment I have made to my continued education proves my desire to continually seek to improve my abilities and knowledge in the ever growing IT environment.  From my introduction to programming through MVS/COBOL mainframe programming to my current server side UNIX based programming along with a specialization in JAVA and internet development, I have continued to develop on improve on my techniques and skills as a programmer.
