Tiber Fitzgerrol Human Male Photographer / Visionary

Tiber has made the best of what life has offered him. He grew up in the ghettos of both El Paso, Texas, and Los Angeles, California. He finally escaped through is talent for photography. Some of his celebrity snapshots caught the eye of a local tabloid in California, and they offered him a job. Tiber made a good living being hated by celebrities and "legitimate" reporters. After a few years, he decided to relocate to El Paso.

The WASTE WAR (see history of AngelFire ) wiped out most of Tiber's business opportunity, though he did get some legitimate credentials for his photojournalism ("Through The Eyes of the Infantry"). In the shattered metropolis of El Paso, Tiber did what no other businessman was able to do - he built a new empire from the ashes and rubble.

To be honest, many of his businesses cater to the lower impulses of mankind (ie. nightclubs, tattoo shops, bars, dance halls, etc.), but it is quite an accomplishment in the space of under five years. With his silent partner, he turned the ruins into an Underworld Carnival of earthly pleasures.

Very few know his face, though everyone knows his name and what he did. The favors that people owe Tiber keep him out of the hands of the authorities and any vigilantes that despise his money-making schemes.
