breakfast at Mama's Farmhouse with Boyd and Courtney
We went to Pigeon Forge to celebrate Becky's and Lily's birthdays. After breakfast we went to the Smoky Mountain Cat House, which is a super cute gift shop with tons of cat-themed gifts, clothes, jewelry, all kinds of stuff. Plus there are real kitties there that you can pet! I never got to pet one, but Lily did.

Boyd and Courtney joined us on Sunday and after breakfast, we all went to the Hatfields and McCoys dinner show. I LOVED the Hatfield and McCoy show!!! Oh my gosh, it was SO GOOD. I would love to see it again! The food was great and the show was SO much fun.

After the show, we came back to the motel room and Lily opened her birthday presents from her mom, me, and Boyd and Courtney, and we sang to her (again) and ate the yummy cupcakes we got at Publix last night.
She got a Cats vs Pickles blind bag from me, also from me she got a personalized apron, a Bluey cookbook, and a Hello Kitty charm bracelet. Her mom gave her a Bluey “suncatcher” craft set, Moriah Elizabeth’s “Create This Book 3,” Bellamena character T-shirt, personalized popcorn bowl, and quite a few other presents.

Then we went out again, to The Island, which is a shopping/restaurant/entertainment complex. The girls both wanted to go to Build-A-Bear. Actually Rose built a Pokémon named Mimyku and Lily built a Sprigatito!

Boyd and Courtney didn’t build a bear, but they did buy a little frog and a pair of pants that are too big. A.k.a. “baggy toasters.” (How did Boyd know about that!?)
Our room had a bedroom with a queen bed, and a little private balcony that looked out onto the street so we could sit on rocking chairs and people-watch! There was one bathroom, and a little mini kitchen. And in the main room there was another queen bed and the pullout couch. I think this is called the “family suite.” I was going to get us a regular room, but this was the only room available when I called for reservations.
We decided the next day to just sleep in, and eat breakfast in the room (I smuggled the leftover biscuits, sausage, chicken tenders, and one pinwheel from the Farmhouse, plus I had half my pulled pork sandwich from Bennett’s BBQ last night). We wanted to play putt putt golf, go to Lid’l Dolly’s, and maybe visit a place we saw on the map called Patriot Park. We wanted to try a restaurant we heard about called Cookie Dough Monster, famous for their burgers and shakes.
