Band Concert

A spooky and fun time at the Pleasant Hill Elementary School Band’s Halloween concert tonight!! They all did such a great job! My multi-talented niece Rose performed a flute solo, “Theme From Harry Potter,”and she also played percussion on a few of the songs. Here are a few frightful highlights!

Waiting for the concert to start
It’s so nice that Grammy and Grandad Heiden
and Grandma Robinson could be there for the concert!

Rose performed the hauntingly beautiful "Theme from Harry Potter." Later when she had moved to the percussion section, she played several percussion instruments in “Black Cat." She played the bass drum in "Attack of the Garden Gnomes."

The full band, decked out in their Halloween costumes! (Where’s Waldo?)

Rose (in costume) towers over her mom!
Pretty soon little sister Lily will be performing with the band, too!
