Game night at Grandma's house
We had some fun evenings playing games over at Grandma’s house. Some favorite games were "Game of Things," "Farkle," "Rummikub" (Lily had to help Grandma with that one), "Phase 10," and "Flinch." However, one night we greatly missed our “Emcee Extraordinaire” Aunt Laurie! We left her seat empty in honor of our love for her.
A rare occurrence worth celebrating: all four of us siblings,
plus my nephew Boyd and his girlfriend Courtney, joined forces
to persuade my mom to play games with us! Including
this new one, The Game of Things.
Thursday night was our “grand finale” game night, before Tom and Drew headed back home to Florida. In the immortal words of Carol Burnett: “I’m so glad we had this time together …!
