WHEREAS, Public Library internet filtering for adults has been declared unconstitutional pursuant to the Virginia Public Library internet filtering decision (Loudoun v. Board), and;

WHEREAS, the Orange County, Florida Public Library has engaged in internet filtering for adults by blocking access to many useful, harmless websites, and;

WHEREAS, the orange County Public Library Board of Trustees has refused to co-operate 'in good faith' with persons resisting said internet abridgment.

THEREFORE, we the undersigned, do hereby demand that the Orange County Public Library Board of Trustees do hereby 'Cease & Desist' from continued internet filtering for adults at the Orange County Public Library.
