The Drinks Are On The House

Well, everyone loves a good drink, no matter if it's alcoholic or nonalcoholic, so in these next sectins of mine, I will list some drinks, both alcholic and nonalcoholic that I have made lots of times for lots of people, and it's even nice to just "pamper" yourself or (selves) every now and then, with something special, that you didn't have to wait for service all night to get(smile)

Wine Snowball

2/3 Cups Of Dry Red Wine

1 1/3 Cups of Ginger ale or Club Soda

2 Sticks Of Cinnamon

Mix Wine and ginger ale in freezer tray or a square pan. Freeze for about 2 hours or until mushy. Spoon into 2 Champagne or Sherbet glasses. Garnish each glass with a Cinnamon Stick. This will make about 2, 1 cup servings....

Long Island Iced Tea

1/2 oz. Of Gin

1/2 oz. Of Vodka

1/2 oz. Of White Tequila

1/2 oz. Of white rum

1/4 oz. Of White Creme de menthe

3 oz. Of Sour Mix

Cola

Lemon Wedges

Optional (Sprigs of Mint)

Mix all of the ingredients, except the cola, lemon and mint, with cracked ice in a blender and pour into a tall chilled Collins glass (or what ever tall glass you may have). Fill the glass with cold cola and stir gently (cola will fizzzz, smile, if not stirred gently). Then garnish with lemon wedges and the mint sprigs
