Update 2001

Well, I saw Charlie in July. He was looking good. We talked for
a few moments, but I was already late on my way to visit with one
of my brothers and one of my sisters.

I was not able to make it home for Rosie's wedding due to a conflict
of budget schedules. The budget was due in May but still didn't happen
until the end of June when the new management finally woke up - half way.
An amendment was already in progress before the first month got started.
