Chapter 2

Tuesday came slower than I expected, but when it
did I was going crazy! I couldn't wait to see
her, to touch her; to be with her…
God I was going nuts!

"A.J., calm down buddy!" Brian said as I paced
back and forth on the bus.

"What if she doesn't like my new hair?" I panicked.
It was dark blue and spiked as usual, but blue?

"She'll love it no matter what color,
remember red?" Brian asked as I nodded.

"What about my new tattoos?" I asked. I got 2 more
on the road, I didn't know if she'd like them.
"I mean what if she laughs and called me a
tattooed freak? I'd hate myself forever," I
said panicking.

"A.J., she loves you for you, she
doesn't care! Chill out!" Brian said stopping my pacing.

"We're here you guys," Jerry said as I turned to the door.

"I can't do it," I said shaking my head.

"Yes you can! Just go," Brian said as
I grabbed the roses I bought for her.

"You're sure? If she makes fun of me or hates me
I'll kick your ass you know that right?" I asked
as he nodded, rolling his eyes.

"Just go, we're all behind you," Brian said as
everyone walked up behind us.

"Okay," I said walking off the bus.

"What number is her apartment Boner?" Howie asked.

"204," I said as we walked up the stairs. About
five minutes later we found her apartment, everyone
pushed me up to the front as Nick pushed the doorbell.

"You can do this," I said out loud.

"A.J.!" Jessie yelled hugging me happily.
"Guys come on in!" She said hugging me hard.

"These are for you," I said handing her the roses.

"Thank you," she said kissing me
softly. She walked to the kitchen and got out a vase.

"What do you think of it? Isn't it huge?" She asked.

"I love this place!" Belle said as I looked at
her angrily. She knew I was trying to get her out of
there!

"It is really big," Brian said jumping onto Jessie's
couch. I was still nervous; she was the only
girl in my life that can scare me to death.

"My dad bought it and said I'd need all this space,"
Jessie said walking out as I looked at her. She
was more beautiful than I remembered. She
was wearing a baby blue spaghetti-strap
shirt and a black skirt, showing her…her beautiful legs.

"Hey we gotta go get our hotel, we'll be back around
8 tonight so we can go out for dinner," Kevin said as
Jessie hugged him. She hugged everyone
as they left, then shut the door and looked at me.

"The hair is new," she said as I nodded.
We stood 5 feet from each other. "Tattoo is new."

"Actually I got another one on my back too,"
I said correcting her.

"How many do you have now?" She asked.

"Um…4?"

"Wow," she said nodding. "Having fun on tour?"
She asked. I knew then she was as nervous as I was.

"It's okay, I miss you too much," I said as
she looked up at me with her beautiful hazel eyes.

"I miss you too," she said hugging me.
I held her as I heard her start to cry.

"Oh baby please don't cry!" I said hoping when
I let her go she wasn't. And of course, she was.

"I'm sorry," she said wiping her
eyes. I brushed her cheek and sighed.

"Happy tears I hope."

"A little of happy and a little of sad," she
said as I wrapped my arms around her waist.

"Don't be sad, I'm here aren't I?" I asked as she put her
head on my chest. Her embrace, her
warmth, I missed so much.

"How long?" She asked.

"As long as I want, this is our last stop," I said as
she looked at me with the smile I loved.

"Really?" She asked as I nodded. "Stay with
me!" She begged holding onto me tight as I laughed.

"For a while, I do have a home," I said as she nodded.

"I know! I just want you to stay for a
while!" She said as I nodded.

"I'll stay for you," I said as she showered
me with kisses. I loved it when she did that.

"Oh I bought something for you wait right here!" She said
as I sat down on the couch. "Here," she said coming
out of her bedroom. She handed me a box,
a rather large box.

"What is this?" I asked opening it. It had another gold
necklace like the one she bought me before,
some awesome shades, and a picture. I took the
picture out of the box and looked at it,
it was a picture from our wedding in Vegas.

"How did you get this?" I asked looking at it in awe.

"The old man called me and asked if I still wanted
them as a wedding present, he gave me
two, the other one I have," she said as I looked at it.

"This must have been after the wedding,
we were both psycho before then," I said as she nodded.

"Believe me I remember," she said as we laughed.
"I still have the ring," she said taking her necklace
off and showing me. It had the butterfly
I bought her and the ring.

"Maybe we can take the ring back
for big bucks," I said as she grabbed it.

"NO! It's mine, I love it
Alexander James!" She said as I laughed.

"Okay fine," I said with a smile.

"What do you think of this stuff? The necklace
cost a fortune," she said as I put the picture
back in the box.

"Baby why did you buy me all this?" I asked
as she pulled the necklace out.

"Because I love you and I wanted to!" She said sitting
in my lap. "Look at it, it's the most expensive kind
of chain necklace you can buy in England. Took me
half my life savings and 5 pay checks from the
restaurant I work at for it," she said as my jaw dropped.

"Take it back!" I said as she looked at me sadly.

"You don't like it?" She asked as I shook my head.

"I love it! I just don't want you
spending that much on me baby," I said as she pouted.

"You spent that much on me for these," she said
referring to the ring and necklace.

"We're not competing are we?" I asked as she got up.

"No, I just wanted to give you this, if you don't want it
fine I'll take the thing back," she said as I sighed.

I couldn't believe someone would spend that
much on me, that someone would care so much.

"I'll wear it with pride baby," I said holding
out my hand for her to come back.

"A.J. don't take it because I'm upset, take it cause
you want it!" She said walking into her bedroom. I sighed
and sat for a minute, 'women,' I thought. I got up and
walked into the bedroom to see her sitting
on the bed changing channels on her t.v.

"I want it, I love it," I said sitting next to her on the bed.

"No you don't you're just saying that," she said
with tears in her eyes.

"I told you to take it back cause I was shocked that someone
would care that much for me, I do like it, it's
beautiful…reminds me of you," I said wiping her eyes.

"You promise you're not just saying that?" She asked.
I pulled the necklace out of her hand and put it on.

"Promise," I said crossing my heart.

"I'm beautiful?" She asked as I smiled.

"So beautiful baby you know that," I said before kissing
her softly. She continued kissing me, letting her tongue
into my mouth. I was crazy for that and she knew it.
She took my shirt of as I took hers off,
I didn't want any of it to end I missed her so much.

"I like the one on your back," she said as we laughed.
I kissed her again as I began to explore her
body, remembering everything as it was.

"I love you," she whispered.

"I love you too baby," I whispered as we made
love for the second time.

"Hey guys!" Brian said when Jessie opened the door.
8 came by faster than I thought, time was so weird
in Europe.

"Hey Brian," Jessie said as she let them in.
"I have a great place for dinner," she said as I
walked up to her.

"Wow Boner where did you get
that?" Nick asked looking at my necklace.

"Yours truly," Jessie said as I kissed her cheek softly.

"I'm starved can we go already?" I asked as everyone
walked out of Jessie's apartment. As the guys walked
down the steps Jessie locked up her apartment,
I wrapped my arms around her waist and kissed her
neck.

"Come on baby, let's go," she said taking
my hand as we walked down the steps.

"Can I ride with you?" I asked as she shook her head.

"Nope! Belle's riding with me," she said as
Belle walked away from Nick's grasp.

"Oh fine, I see when I'm not loved!
Come on guys, let's go," I said hopping onto the bus.

"How's Jessie coming along?" Kevin asked
as the bus followed Jessie.

"In what sense?" I asked as they laughed. "I haven't
talked to her about leaving yet,
we were busy," I said clearing my throat.

"That necklace would explain it," Nick said as I nodded.

"She took half of her life savings and 5 pay checks
for it!" I said as their mouths dropped. "I told
her to take it back, and she cried.
Women," I said as they sighed.

"Women," we all said.

We got to the restaurant and Jessie
still had the afterglow on her, not to say I didn't either.

"This is where I work," she explained. "We
can get free food here," she said as we
sat down at the tables.

"Hey Olsen!" Some guy said. I looked up and
saw a very young guy; I had to admit
handsome, standing in front of Jessie.

"Hey Jason!" She said as she gave him a hug. "Jason
these are my friends Brian, Nick, Belle, Kevin,
and Howie. And this is my boyfriend…um…"

"A.J.," I mumbled.

"A.J.! This is A.J.," she said as her face turned red.

"God Jessie never stops talking about you," Jason said.

"I bet," I mumbled.

"Jason is my neighbor and he's in my
english class," she said as she smiled bright.

"I gotta go, studying for a exam in chemistry, I'll see
you later Jess," Jason said kissing her cheek as
I started to get angry.

"Bye Jay!" She said sitting back down next to me.
She looked at me and shrugged. "What?" I knew this
guy was trouble. I had to get her out of Yale
before she dated prince charming, and hopefully fast.
