3. In the song "Busted" after he says "the world was crumbling down, we sat on my back porch and watched it", someone says something. I have turned it up and listened to it over and over and have come to no conclusions. What is being said and who says it?
-geauxro@dbtech.net
A. During the verse " the world was crumbling down..." someone is laughing. Now after Rob says that verse, someone says: "Jesus is knocking on the door of your heart" The person who is saying that at the end of the verse is unknown, but according to someone it is a part cut from a Christian song of some sort.
( Thanks Mary--Pushing3am@aol.com for helping me out, as always)
4. Hi. I noticed that Rob Thomas has a chipped tooth, and I've been wondering how that happened. So do you think maybe you could do your best to find that out and put it in the next issue. Thanx a buncha bananas!

A. I am clueless as to what happened to Rob's tooth but we will get back to you if we find out.

From the many websites for MB20 that I have gone to, but not all of them, I would have to say that this site is an excellent site. First arriving to the site, the News came up. It had links to chart stats, magazines that have featured MB20, records for the band, and shows that the band would be appearing on. The second section that I came across was the band's touring section. This is a fully dated chart of Matchbox 20's tour, that holds dates for their shows from October 13th to November 9th. The Band section was an interesting section in itself. It has a big picture of the band and underneath it features links to interviews done with the band, links to Rob, Paul and Adam's old band, Tabitha's Secret Homepage. The most interesting thing I found underneath the Band section was the beautifully written story on the band, which is kind of a biography of the band then and now, in just a few paragraphs....well written though. Guitar chords for all 12 songs on YOSLU are available on this site, all chords are interperated by the author of the page. I would have to say that the biggest thing that stood out about this site was the Clips section. Marvelously done. I doubt that you will most likely hear every interview done by the band, from this site. This section includes sound clips, Real Audio Player, for "Real World", "Long Day", "Push", "Back 2 Good", "Kody" and "Hang". Also has links for video clips for "Real World", "Long Day", and "Push". 2 audio clips are available for live concerts they have done. Interview with Kyle Cook @ the X-Fest includes these subjects (which have clips for them) included in the interview: 'Where he came from and how he got together with Matchbox 20' 'The first time the band ever heard their song on the radio' 'Kyle's personal favorite song on Yourself or Someone Like You' 'Kyle sorts out the controversy of "Push" ' This section also has a clip on what Rob and Paul said on an interview before their July 16th appearance on Letterman, and also a link to more interviews @ the Official Matchbox 20 Page. To receive real audio player go to www.realaudio.com. The Links section includes 27 links to other MB20 webpages and sites featuring MB20. The Zine's site Link is included too! This page was very well done, and I would have to say that is does an excellent job in the department of interviews with the band. The only suggestion I could give this page is that a photo section should be added, or more photos of the band should be added. This page is also a part of the Matchbox 20 Ring. Check this page out...it's great....Clark keep up the good work.

We hoped you enjoyed this issue! As you probably know Long Day 'Zine is doing a scrapbook project. Meera is going to a Matchbox 20 concert on the 24th of October. She is going to try to meet the band and deliver the scrapbook (which will include all of your letters, art, poems, etc. that you send her). Don't worry though if that concert doesn't work out because we do have backup plans. So somehow or other it'll be successful. If this is all totally new news to you and you'd like info please email Meera . Hurry though because time is running short. So expect a total report from Meera on the concert and hopefully the scrapbook outcome! We'll be seeing all of you again soon and please remember to visit our page: http://members.tripod.com/~longday
Thank you so much for supporting the 'zine. It means a lot. Until next time, everyone!!
This 'zine is of course dedicated to Matchbox 20- good luck on your tour!
