Erik woke up to sounds of a heart monitor and some nurse marking things off on a clipboard as another nurse walked into the room, checking on a diff. patient. He read her name-tag and saw it said " MacKenzie." He suddenly realized that a tube was down his throat so he could breathe and not talk. The nurse injected something into his arm and soon he felt his eyelids drooping. This happened thrice more before Erik was allowed to stay awake and have time to think and collect his thoughts.
Meanwhile, Mana was up, thinking about all the events that had occurred at the highrise building. She had blacked out after Chris whacked her on the head with his gun so she didn't know what had gone on before the hospital things. Every-time she demanded to know what had happened to her friends the doctor gave her a grim look but remained silent. She was getting pretty sick of it and was gonna kill someone soon if they didn't tell her what was going on.*
Carl was still in a coma. No-one was sure how long he would be out or if he would recover at all.

The 4th day at the hospital

Chris had died yesterday morning. No-one was really heart-broken cept his family but they still hated him for what he did. Erik was recovering and was told that he would be released Thursday of the next week. He was so glad but missed holding Terri in his arms. He couldn't ask how she was doing or if she had made it b/c the tube was still down his throat. Every-time he was alone, his thoughts drifted back to her and tears would run down his face. He pictured her face, hair, eyes, laugh, voice and her singing. A smile crept to his face and he sighed/took a deep breath as the doctor came into his room. To Erik's dismay it wasn't his Dr. He was bored out of his mind and hated that he couldn't see his wife. Erik couldn't help but wonder how the others were doing. ' God I hope their okay.' he mused as he felt himself drifting off into a peaceful slumber, dreams of him and Terri filling up his head.
JC was fine, but in a coma. Lori never left his side. All 3 of their kids were sleeping on cots except for Raven Marie. Lori held her baby daughter in her arms and smiled. ' JC and I made this little miracle.' she thought happily. Raven had JC's eyes and mouth, while she had Lori's dark hair color and her nose.
Mana was allowed to walk around to see her friends after taking some Tylenol, a shower, and putting on clothes under her hospital gown. Nobody wanted her mooning the patients, visitors,and staff if the back of the gown fell open with her wearing nothin' underneath. Mana had been happy when she heard that Chris had died but was worried about the rest of us. She was shocked to find out JC had been shot and that Terri was pregnant but Chris had shot at her stomach where the baby was. She was glad that Erik was gonna be okay and headed over to the waiting room to see her buddies before going over to Terri's room to see if she was okay.
Julie and the others looked up as Mana made her entrance singing a long high note. They ran over to her and hugged her until she begged for them all to sit down so she could talk.
Mana - I'm here so let's start the party!!!!!!. ( everyone laughs).
Annoyed person - Will you all quit mucking about?!. ( they quiet down and look at the stranger ).
Mana - ( faces him ) Excuse me?! Look I apologize if you're having a terrible day and have had no coffee what-so-ever, but are you forgetting that 3 of my friends were nearly killed! I don't even know if my closest friend in the world is okay!.( the man goes to finish reading his paper ).
Everyone sat down and explained to Mana what had gone on after she had blacked out. Her anger raged and she put a hand over her mouth. She still couldn't believe that Chris would even shoot JC. Mana was glad though that Chris couldn't hurt the people she knew and loved anymore then he already had.
"If Chris wasn't dead already, I'd kill him myself !!!!!." she yelled, making everyone in the room jump ( Lucky for her the little ones were still sleeping since it was only 10am).
