When Danielle, Noah, Brittny, and a reluctant Katie entered the studio the next day, the guys were all recording. They were harmonizing on the chorus us something.
As soon as they were through, Justin saw Danielle, and ran to see her. "Good, your hear."
"Why did I come again?" she asked curiously.
"There's a song I wanna have you listen to. I wrote it."
Danielle smiled, placing Noah on the floor next to her feet to play with his plastic keys.
"Hey, Steve, can you do me a favor and get 'After You' ready for playback?" Justin asked the engineer.
Steve nodded.
"Everyone, as some as you who were with me at the time singing it know, we recently recorded a song called 'After You'. But what you don't know is why I wrote it. The night before we came back to Orlando, I was thinking a lot about Danielle. Like a lot of night before. Anyway, I sat down and put my feelings to paper. They turned into this song. Danielle, this song is a song I dedicate to you, and I want you to know this is how I felt every day since we broke up. Steve?"
Steve pressed several buttons, and the semi-slow music began playing.

She stood up from the swivel chair she had sat down in at the beginning of the song, and walked toward him. "I never knew" she whispered.
"Yeah. I missed you so much."
Danielle cupped his face in her hands, and their lips met.
Joey stood up and left the room.
