Many, many years ago, in Salem, Massachusetts hundreds of women were accused with being witched, and killed.
One such woman-Eloise Fountaine was accused by the man she thought had loved her, Lawrence Lachey.
The night before her hanging, in her jail cell, Eloise set a spell, both on her family, and the Lachey family.
If the Fountaine's and Lachey's were ever to come in to contact again-if one from each different family was to fall in love with the other, the Lachey would have to prove his love for Fountaine before fat would allow them to be together again.
It wasn't until almost 200 years later that the two families came into contact again-and strange things began to happen.
