Chapter Six

*One Week Later*

"I swear to G-D AJ!" I yelled annoyed. Yes, we were in yet another fight.

"Why dont you just go ahead and go over to Kevin's now. It'll save you the trouble later," AJ growled at me.

"What the hell is your problem? I thought we werent going to fight about stupid things?" I asked.

"Im sorry," he rolled his eyes.

"No, I dont even know why you were sitting here yelling at me. I didnt do anything wrong," I barked.

"I know. Im sorry Marissa," he said sitting down on the side of our bed.

Just then there was a knock at our door and I left AJ to sit in the room, while I went and answered the door. When I opened the door, Kevin was standing before me, smiling.

"Hi Kevin," I mumbled and opened the door wider for him to come inside.

"Are you guys fighting again?" he asked shutting the door behind him.

"As always," I grumbled.

"Where's he at?" Kevin asked looking around.

"In the bedroom," I pointed towards our room. Kevin walked off towards the room and I was left in the living room. I sat down on the couch and stubbornly stared at the tv.

"Im sorry Marissa," AJ said walking out of the bedroom.

"Its ok," I said, cracking a little smile. AJ helped me up and pulled me into a hug.

"I love you Marissa," he whispered, then kissed my neck.

"I love you too AJ," I said smiling.

"Ok! Great! Let's go out to a club!" Kevin said clapping his hands together.

"Ok," I laughed.

"We'll meet you at the club in an hour and a half," AJ told Kevin.

"Cool, see you in a little bit," Kevin said.

*Two Hours Later*

AJ and I walked into the club hand in hand in search of Kevin and his date.

Well, amazingly AJ and I havent fought in two hours and it's be rather pleasant.

"There they are!" I shouted over the loud music pointing to Kevin and a tall blonde sitting at the bar.

"Cool," AJ said, he led the way to the bar.

"Hey! We made it," I said sitting down next to Kevin.

"Hey you two. This is Debbie," he introduced.

"Hi," she said, her thick southern accent very apparent.

"Im Marissa," I said shaking her hand.

"Nice to meet you," she said smiling brightly.

"Im AJ," AJ nodded to her.

I almost said something about him being rude, but I didnt want to start another argument, so I just kept my mouth shut.

"Come on baby, let's go dance," AJ said taking my hand.

"Ok," I agreed.

I loved dancing with AJ. He and I danced so good together, not to brag or anything like that. We pushed our way to the middle of the dance floor where we took the spotlight. AJ got behind me and grinded against me. We danced and danced for what seemed like hours. Finally, by the end of the night I was so tired I could barely move. I was leaning on AJ as we walked out of the club, Kevin adn Debbie right behind us.

"Hey man, I'll call you tomorrow," Kevin nodded towards AJ.

"All right. See you man," AJ said. We got to his car and when we got in, I automatically, leaned my head against the window and closed my eyes.

"You tired baby?" he asked.

"Very," I grunted.

"Aww, I was hoping we could do something tonight," AJ said smiling at me.

I smiled back, "You never know. I may be wide awake when we get home."

Ok, this is good, we havent argued all night. Ok, maybe we didnt talk the whole night because we were too busy dancing and the music was way too loud for us to hear anything anyways, but at least we werent glaring at each other. Now, if only we could not argue for one day, that would be great.
