Sekhmet was the lion-headed Goddess of Egypt. She was a goddess of slaughter, who destroyed the unfaithful. Legend goes that she did her job a little too well and began killing the faithful as well. Whereupon, Ra created a lake of wine, which Sekhmet consumed and went into a deep sleep. Ra then changed her in to Het-Heru of Hathor, the goddess of love. You may ask, what does Ochun have to do with this egyptian diety? Well, Ochun has her vengeful side also. When she is offended, she is capable of killing, while smiling at the same time. It appears that Ochun absorbed some of Sekhmet's attributes, as well as those of Hathor and Nekhbet. You never have to worry about Ochun's wrath, if you treat her like the Queen that she is.
