Tallahassee
The headquarters for Florida State University (which I am currently attending), Florida A&M University, and Florida's state government. Downtown is dominated by the Capitol and a lot of other government buildings. The city is basically a mix of black and white, no matter how diverse they claim to be. It's a fairly nice little Southern city and has a fair number of interesting features. Not a good vacation spot, but if you're ever passing by, it's worth a stop to check out.
