About US

Horses have been a very important part of me for most of my life. But when Gonzo and I started a new life together, they took on a whole new meaning. It is hard to even know where to start, I guess our first dance at the Dallas Cowboy in 1983 was the clincher. The gentleness of this man was beyond any I had ever experienced. Gonzo and I had known each other for about 32 years. But, after each of us just coming from a divorce, We decided take it slow. In 1985 we were married.

By then, I had already been away from horses too long. Horses were not a part of his everyday life--- until now. So we gradually began to search for the right companions. Our first was Comeon Chick, a Registered appaloosa, now 20 years old. Gonzo understood my love for horses, and I soon learned that his gentle ways got the attention of our horses. They trusted him and wanted to please him. It soon became our way of life. We worked well together as a team.

We served with the Hillsborough County Sheriffs Mounted Posse for 10 years, took in some horses for training and some weamling foals, over the years.

In the last 5 years. We have also started raising Jack Russell Terriers. We love raising Jack Russells and Appaloosas. They just seem to compliment each other.

We take great pride in the foals, and puppies, when they leave our farm. It is with a good healthy loving start in life.... A solid foundation of Love, Respect, makes a GREAT companion, both on the ground and in the saddle.
REMEMBER....Keep the stars in your eyes and your feet in the stirrups

....DON'T WORRY BE APPY....
