Most everything written in this makeup section is meant
specifically for T*girls although most of the techniques also apply to
GG's. The focus here is on helping you to become more passable.
There are few things that scream GIRL to people more than
lipstick. In fact, as you make up (presuming you are
following my guidelines in avoiding the garish DRAG look) your face
becomes slowly and increasingly feminine with the application of each
cosmetic. The last thing to go on is lips. I am always amazed at how
a nicely made up face positively lights up with lipstick!
Many men have eyelids that are naturally shadowed, or long lashes with
a natural lash line that are dark or even cheeks that blush but females
are the only gender that typically wear obviously colored lipstick. So
lipstick says GIRL!
and they draw attention because of their
relatively bright color and the fact they reflect a person's mood
and emotions. Unconsciously, people look at lips immediately for signs of
a persons reactions to their environment.
Take the time to do your lips properly because improperly done lips
will raise eyebrows and questions! Conversely, nicely done beautiful and
expressive lips enhance your ability to pass and also a sensuality that
can be matched only by your eyes!
The most common problem T*girls face with lips is theirs are too
small. A woman's lips are larger in proportion to her face usually
than a mans. So to become more passable you have to make them look larger.
There are fundamentally two ways to make lips look larger;
one is to make them larger
with surgical implants or
Collagen or Dermalogen injections, the other is to make them look
larger using makeup techniques. I have had my lips done a couple
of times but it is expensive and does not last forever (3 to 9 months).
Additionally, there are likely few T*girls reading this page who can
manage lips that stay large much longer than a weekend so they have little
choice but to have "lips that look larger"!
Using cosmetic techniques, do the following to make your lips
appear larger:
-
Use a shade of lipstick which is lighter and avoid the darkest
colors in your palette.
-
Line your lips with a color very similar but slightly
darker than the lipstick. Resist lining very far beyond your normal lip
line as it looks fake and odd.
-
Feather your lips line at the corners. We don't want a
definite line here we want to sort of blur the place where your lips stop
-
Use a brush to apply your lipstick or use one of the wand type
lipsticks. You can more accurately place your lipstick with a
brush or wand.
-
Blend the lip line into your lipstick as necessary to so there
is not a stark line edge between your lipstick and lips liner. You are
trying to use the lip liner to create a shadow so your lips appear to be
somewhat cylindrical as shown below (the illusion of plump). It is good
to have a crisp lip line at the outer edge of the lip line so don't
blend the outer portion of the line!

-
Highlight the center of the lower lip with a lipstick of the
same color but several shades lighter to further enhance this
cylindrical/plump look.
-
To further the lip cylinder theme, used gloss on the center
portion (only) of top and bottom lips
