The Muller Family
These are my parents, Lyle &
Joyce Muller. My dad likes gardening, bird watching, and meeting his
friends for coffee. My mom decorates cakes for various occasions and goes to garage sales, knits, crochets and reads. They added a sweet little Shih Tzu to their household (picture
of her when they got her) and her name is Gizzy.

This is my Grandpa Muller and Ty. In 1944 my grandpa got a job as a bee inspector with the Iowa Department of Agriculture, then working out of the extension offices at Iowa State University at Ames. He started raising his bee livestock in his "back" yard and has had around 220 colonies of bees. The honey and the bees wax are "harvested" late in September and was taken to the Sioux Bee Cooperative in Sioux City. He also worked as a telegrapher for the Pennsylvania Lines West of Pittsburgh, night operator at the Laurens, Iowa, Light and Power Plant, and enjoyed hunting, fishing, and trapping. His ancestors orginated from Westermoordorf Os'friestland, Germany. Other ancestors include my great, great (6 more times) grandfather Jacob Hochstetler, who was taken hostage in an Indian Massacre in 1757. My grandpa Muller passed away in 1982
My Grandpa Hauenstein
My oldest brother, Steve. He took early retirement due to health situations. His wife, Kathy still works for Human Services as a caseworker. They have 2 children, David and Alyssa. In Steve's "spare" time he likes to golf and shoots pool. Kathy likes to read. They both are involved in the lives and activities of their children.

Alyssa Jo works in Clear Lake and is engaged now.

My little brother, Denny and his truck. Denny lives in Bedford, TX and works for a major airline. He has a daughter, Heather Jo and a son, Eric from a previous marriage. Denny loves playing golf and obviously, working with computers.
Heather Jo is a Physical Therapist
Eric has decided to work. He likes sports and of course, his truck.
