The Sales Process

Plan your journey well ahead, it is a time-consuming process as we need to buy the ticket in country x. The standard procedure takes about one month. We may organize your trip within one week against a small extra fee. However, remember that you also need to get your visa. You may get it at country x' local embassy within one hour.

 

The seven steps of the sales process

The offer

Send us all the information that we need in order to make an offer for you (i.e. destination, travel dates, any stop-overs, mention children if there are any).

Let us know about your travel plans

Confirm our offer and send us all the information that we need in order to make a reservation for you (i.e. exact routing, names of all passengers, contact phone, e-mail, preferred class, preferred airline, any additional information we may need).

We will make a reservation for your journey

As soon as we get your information, we will make a reservation for your journey and confirm you the details.

You will do a pre-payment of EUR 700 or CHF 1'000 to our bank account

After the reservation of your journey, it is important that you pay the installment of EUR 700 or CHF 1'000 either to our German (in EUR) or to our Swiss (in CHF) bank account. 

We regret to inform you that we do not accept any credit card. Payments have to be done either on our bank account or in cash to our sales representatives in Warsaw or Zurich. Against an additional fee of 2 % of the whole ticket price, we may accept payment with Paypal.

We will issue the ticket

As soon as we received your installment we are able to issue the tickets.

You will pay the price difference

As a next step you will pay rest of the bill within one week either to our bank account or you may pay the rest in cash if you decide to pick up your ticket in Warsaw or Zurich. 

We will send you the ticket

The ticket will be mailed to you as a registered letter or you may pick it up in one of our branch offices in Warsaw (Poland) or Zurich (Switzerland).

 

Important: If you need your ticket within a shorter time we may process your order against an additional fee of EUR 700/CHF 1'000 within one to two weeks. 

 

Once you order the ticket and agree on our confirmed offer, there is a a valid contract between you and us. The installment of EUR 700/CHF 1'000 will not be refund in case of an annulation if the ticket is already issued and/or if we already prepared the whole buying process. In case of an annulation at a later point, the airline may fully refund you the actual price of the ticket. Our fees, however, will not be refund.

 

Remember; if you are not entirely sure about your travel dates, do not worry. As it is a first or business class ticket, you have always the right to change the dates. You may do this with the airlines local sales representative. Tickets are valid one year from date of issue. There is no minimum or maximum stay.
