Know all men by these present that I do hereby grant and donate to the "Mount Moriah Church" for the purpose of a grave yard the following described land in Jefferson County, Mississippi, Viz: That certain tract of land lying North of Union Church and Brookhaven public road in Section 18, Township 8, N Range 5 East containing three acres more or less, which is now known and used as a grave yard by said church. In the event that the land shall ceased to be used as a grave yard then it is to revert to me or my heirs or assigns. Witness my hand this the __ day of June AD 1904.
