Before you go running around doing a happy dance, thinking that this page is going to solve all your relationship problems, I think it only fair to warn you that there is no such thing as a " true " love spell.
To try to shape the will of another person is wrong, to try to make someone love you is also wrong, a person has been blessed with free will and these spells will not work against that.

Before casting a spell, you must be able to visualise yourself as an attractive, worthwhile person.
You cannot be half-hearted when you attempt to throw a love spell, You must know what you want and be fully prepared to take advantage of it when it comes to you.

Gather together the following:
A small box
A small piece of paper
A pencil
A pair of scissors
1/4 cup of dried rose petals
1/4 cup dried lavender
2 polished rose quartz crystals
A small ring of some sort (attained especially for this purpose)
A pink candle and candle holder
Use the scissors to cut the paper into the shape of a love-heart, small enough to fit into your box without being folded. On the heart-shaped piece of paper draw two love hearts intersecting, then place in the box.
Empower the rose petals and then the lavender with love and place them in the box.
Charge the crystals with love and add them.
Place the ring between the palms of your hands and hold them over the box while saying...

Send me love.
Place the ring in the box. Charge the pink candle with love, place the candle in its holder and open the box's lid. Light the candle and let it burn for 13 minutes before putting out the flame. When you do so, close the lid of the box.
Leave the box undisturbed for 24 hours. On the second night, open the lid and burn the candle for 13 minutes again, before closing it, On the third night, light the candle but don't open the box say:
Petals, lavender, quartz and ring,
The blessings of love you now bring.
Send your power speeding away,
This is my will, this is the way.
Open the spellbox and sense the energies
Spiralling up into the sky to bring love to you.
Let the candle burn for 13 minutes, then quench the flame and close the box, for each night until the candle is gone, open the spellbox and burn the candle for 13 minutes.
Close the box when it is not being used, Once the candle is gone, retrieve the ring to keep in a safe place, then bury the rest of the contents of the spell.
You will need:
A packet of pansy seeds
A small clay flower pot
Some potting mix
Paper in your favourite colour
You're own nail filings.
For the best result, perform this spell on St Valentine's Day.
Write your name on the piece of paper, place it in the earth in the pot, and then plant the pansy seeds, as you do, think of who the right person for you really is.
Do you want someone who is smart, funny, kind, loving?
Someone who is interested in the same things as you?
Or, do you want someone who is an independent type, who will let you, be your own person? Think about these things as you water in the seeds and scatter your nail filings over the top.
Look after your plant, and when the first flowers appear, on the night of a waning moon, pick them and press them in a book of poems, and keep the book with you to attract true love.
If you want an intellectual person, try to pick a yellow flower, a passionate lover, choose a deep purple one; or for a simple but true love, look for a soft blue flower.
You will need:
1 pink candle
1 white candle
Cinnamon
A moonstone
Charge the candles with love, hold them in your hands and pour loving energies into them.
Don't picture a certain person, just see yourself happy and with someone.
Place the candles on a table or your altar, the pink one to the left and the white one to the right, light the candles.
If you have a moonstone, place it on the alter between the two candles, Invite the goddess to join you, if you haven't already done so, for you will be needing her help.
Next sprinkle the cinnamon in a figure eight pattern around the two candles, As you sprinkle the cinnamon speak these words out loud...
Oh Great Goddess of the light,
Bring me happiness, true and bright.
May a new love so true come to me,

Thank the goddess and either let the candles burn out, or snuff them out.
You will need:
A pink candle
A knife to mark the candle
A ruler
Taking the candle use your knife to mark 9 equal sections along its length, leaving the bottom half free.
Carve into the bottom half a symbol that means love to you, or the name of someone you hold dear to you, if it is to increase your love with your partner.
As you are carving into your candle build power and concentrate on love being attracted to you, concentrate on a mate, on the right person for you.
What you want in a mate, What you need in your life from a mate.
When you are ready light the candle and say...
By the power of three times three,
As I will it so mote it be,
With no harm done to anyone.
When the candle has burned down to the first mark, snuff it out.
Repeat for the next 8 days then wrap the candle in cloth and keep it in a safe place until your desire has manifested.
You will need:
A pile of small stones (river stones) or rocks. Cleansed overnight in moonlight if possible.
Visualise your need as you place one stone then another on each other, building a pile higher and higher until you have built your cairn.
Concentrate and as you add each stone feel the power build, until it is vibrating through the stones. As you place the last stone say:
My wish like rock,
In stone I lock,
The spell be done,
And harm it none,
So mote it be.
Leave it until your need has manifested, then disassemble your cairn while giving thanks and either put the stones back in the river or soak them in salt water to use again.
