Fifth Third Bank - Cincinnati, Ohio - 2003
Supplier diversity consultant for the development of formal supplier diversity program. This includes conducting a needs assessment to determine future goals and developing a strategic action plan using the primary objectives of the organization along with action items to establish specific best practices for program development and implementation.

Cincinnati Empowerment Zone, Cincinnati, Ohio - January 2003 to February 2004
Consultant for the Empowerment Zone's Technical Assistance and Training Project. This includes providing internal and external outreach to support the active participation and inclusion of African Americans who seek/desire technical assistance to help build capacity. One primary goal is to focus on contractors so that they can bid on work associated with Cincinnati and Dayton Public Schools and the Cincinnati Convention Center Expansion.

Cincinnati Convention Center, Cincinnati, Ohio - August 2002 to July 2006
Small business enterprise program consultant for the Convention Center Expansion; an estimated $160 million project. This includes: program development, administration, goal setting, SMWBE contracting of design, goods, services, supplies and construction, outreach, staff support for day-to-day operations and reporting. The City's goal for SMWBE participation is 30%.

Great American Ball Park, Cincinnati, Ohio - February 2000 to April 2004
Small business enterprise program consultant for the construction of the Hamilton County East Garages, Site Improvements and Ball Park, an estimated $350 million project. This includes: program development, administration, goal setting, SMWBE contracting of construction and supplies, outreach, community relations, EEO workforce, day-to-day operations and reporting. Purchases on all three projects have exceeded the Hamilton County SBE goal of 15% (East Garages - 45%, Site Improvements - 45%, Ballpark - 28%)

Time Warner Cable, Cincinnati, Ohio - 2000
Supplier diversity consultant for the development and creation of supplier diversity marketing and communication materials for the purchasing department. This included the development of a corporate brochure, purchasing desktop reference guide, vendor registration form and MWBE report format.

Cincinnati Public Schools, Cincinnati, Ohio - 1998 to 1999
Supplier diversity consultant for the revitalization of the School's supplier diversity program. This included conducting a comprehensive program review and assessment, developing a strategic action plan and assisting with the recruitment and hiring of a full-time supplier diversity program manager.


Procter & Gamble Company, Cincinnati, Ohio - 1996 to 1997
Supplier diversity consultant for the administration of P&G's HUBs (historically underutilized businesses) construction program for the Cincinnati based Olestra plant, a $200 million national-scale manufacturing facility. This included: providing oversight to minority contracting of construction, recruitment and sourcing of minority-owned construction firms (locally and nationally). Project exceeded goal of 7%; achieved 9% MBE participation.
