Adult Advisors are an integral part of CAPAY. Although CAPAY is "youth-run, youth-led," much of the time, young people cannot be at the office 24/7 to run the organization. Thus, the Steering Committee hires an adult as the CAPAY Coordinator and several other adults to manage the YouthLearn, Outreach and other positions.
