The Cerne Giant. He is either a Roman hero (Hercules most likely) or an iron age fertility God. I am betting on the Iron age (probably Celtic) God personally because of his age and the fact that I don't think Romans really made chalk figures (as far as I know.) And yes, that is what you think it is ;) he is a fertility God after all!
We just had to take pictues of the town of Beer! It makes sense when you figure how prominently beer figured in our trip :)
