The HiCiV is a usefull utility designed for Civilization II.

While playing Civilization II the HiCiV keeps watch over your civilization (and the others as well) and writes out your history.

The present version of the HiCiV saves main parameters of all civilizations (population, number of cities, gold, science level) and at ANY instant (not only after finishing the game) shows out the current state as well as the time-dependent graphs.

The utility allows to finish the game with automatic history saving and then loads up the saved game and continues writing the history .

Future versions will keep watch over a number of the other parameters (with more details) and will write up the whole history including exact dates of important events.

French and German versions will be available too.
