Civ2+Internet then I think you have meet this scenario earlier.
"Trakoria is a fantasy type scenario for Civilization II Fantastic World . The scenario is based on a Source Book called Trakorien for a Swedish Role-Playing Game. This doesn’t however mean that those not familiar with this particular Swedish RPG should ignore the Trakoria scenario!" It's a good large work.
