At a Court held for Greensville County the 20th day of June 1781 this will was proved according to law by the oath of Joel Knight and Boaz Morris witnesses thereto and ordered to be recorded and on the motion of Peter Wyche one of the Executors therein named who made oath thereto according to law and together with Daniel Fisher his security entered into and acknowledged their Bond in the penalty of one hundred thousand pounds conditioned as the law directs. Certificate was granted him for obtaining a probate thereof in due form. The Executrix therein named refused to join in the burthen of the execution thereof.

The property was bounded by Austin's Branch on the north side of the Nottoway River and William Parker (formally Richard Parker.) Witnesses were: John Edmunds, James Chappell Jr., and John Carter.

1751 - Benjamin listed in Surry County, July 16, 1751, as an appraiser of the estate of Richard Parker.

1752 - Listed as appraiser for the estate of Donald Mc Innish in Surry County on February 18, 1752.

1753 - Benjamin Wyche of Albemarle Parish, Surry County sold 100 acres on the north side of the Nottoway River and bounded by Austin's Branch, Richard Parker, Jr., and the Cypress Swamp on June 19, 1753 to William Parker for 16 pounds.
