I have found 255 free web servers with anywhere from 25kb of server space to several with unlimited megs [for those who have catalogues]. I have some servers for multiple languages and a variety of services too.
I will only charge you for the time it takes to design, upload information and page styles you desire on your site. I have separate charges for accessories and services.
I specialize in the $100 Web Page. This is not maintained at all by me. I set it up for you and you put in the text. On this type of plan I can help you from time to time for a fee. If you supply your text in Word format or email. I can put one graphic on your page and your supplied text, and a really cool looking background for a "Cnote" ($100)
Most sites have to be changed at least monthly and these are under contract. They have a one time charge and a monthly matience charge from $25. and up
