QUEST SOLUTION:
DEFEAT THE YOBBOES

Where: From Erik Bloodaxe, at the temple in Drangheim.

Promotion: This quest is not required to advance in the game, but is required for promotion to Crusader.

Summary: Bloodaxe tells you that a group of bandits called the Yobboes has been terrorizing the people of Drangheim. He asks you to get rid of the bandits and return the stolen goods to the owners.

How to do: The Yobboes can be found outside of town. Go down the path away from the dock to where you can see the windmill off to your right. The left-hand path leads back to the Yobboes. There are a lot of them (about 8), and all have a missile attack. They are easier to beat if you break them up, which you can do by getting their attention and then running back towards town. Run about halfway back towards town, then turn around and fight the ones who came after you (2 to 4). You can keep doing this if necessary. Do not run out towards the windmill or they will all pursue you. If you want to use turn-based, you can use it as soon as you stop to fight each time.

When you have defeated them, go back to the end of the path to find the stolen goods. Be careful as one or two might have remained to guard it. You will find a trapped treasure chest and three items lying on the ground: a plow, a bag of herbs, and a dolly. Those three items are the stolen goods. Pick them up.

Go back out to the settlement by the windmill and talk to the people. They will tell you what they are missing - just return it. Each item is worth 500XP and 500GP upon return to the owner. Before you head back to town, check out the houses - one of them has a treasure chest in it (the houses are locked until this quest is completed).

When you've finished, go back to Bloodaxe for your promotion.
