MISSION TWENTY CONT'D
You catch Stevens and three guards unawares - sort of. After a short FMV Stevens runs off and Teresa goes after him, leaving you to deal with the other three nasty Agency men. Crouch by the van and get one of them quickly (be careful - they can shoot the van and make it explode as in the Gregorov missions). Then run to the concrete wall in the center and sneak and snipe the other two. Go for headshots as some of them have Flak Jackets (a K3G4 would be nice right about now - I can't remember if you have one here but if you have it use it). Now go up the ramps. When you reach the top RUN STRAIGHT FOR THE OPPOSITE WALL!!! - as Teresa shouts a warning a car races straight for you. KEEP RUNNING TOWARDS THE WALL and it misses you. Turn left and run for Teresa who is shooting and ducking behind a wall. Shoot the guy immediately to the left by the van. A short FMV follows - Teresa will throw a smoke bomb and you will shoot the bad guys as they stand like good little targets, blinded by the smoke. Follow Teresa and shoot the guys as or after they come through the doorway ahead. Note the M-79's they leave behind. When you get to Teresa you will split up. She takes the ramps and you take the stairs. Grab the M-79's as well as a Checkpoint. Proceed up the stairs - CAREFULLY. Note: keep to the right hand wall so you can peek around the corners and snipe the bad guys form some sort of cover. First steps - nothing. Second steps - One Agency guy at the next landing (peek around the corner at the top of the first flight to see him and snipe him). Third steps - nothing. Fourth steps - Two Agency guys on landing. Fifth steps - nothing. Sixth steps - One Agency guy on landing. Seventh steps - nothing, but before you reach the top you can see the First Agency guy for the Eighth set of steps. Eighth steps - Guy at bottom (just mentioned) and two more on the landing. Ninth steps - nothing. Tenth steps - nothing. On the tenth set of steps you hear a vehicle revving and you can see a doorway. Run immediately through the door and there is a truck moving with an Agency guy walking beside (almost behind) it. Get him with a headshot when the truck moves ahead (i.e. while his back is turned to you and he doesn't know you are there yet). Now run to the wall behind the truck. Two more Agency guys are in here with you. One is around the corner behind a truck and one close to where it says "Level 4" (you should see him from behind the wall). Creep up until you get a clean head shot to get him. To get the guy behind the truck just shoot the truck until it blows up (might be a good time to use the M-79). One more guy shows up close to the door where you came in. Get him and you get an FMV of Teresa chasing Stevens into the area. You can listen to Stevens ramble but go ahead and kill him or he picks up the gun and kills both you and Teresa (hard to finish the mission when you're dead amigo). Kill Stevens for a short FMV. You and Teresa go to the helicopter on the roof. Chance appears. He kills Teresa and confronts you. Chance has been a bad guy all along. You complete the mission and are allowed to save. Whew only one last mission to go for Syphon Filter 2. Are you ready for it??? We shall soon see.
MISSION TWENTY-ONE: Finale

BRIEFING: Teresa is dead … killed by Chance, who has secretly been an Agency operative all along. He's completely covered in high-impact Kevlar armor - even grenades won't pierce it. But you've got only one goal now: ELIMINATE CHANCE.
Only one goal remains - eliminate Chance without damaging the helicopter. This is a real challenge - Chance is armed with a very powerful and deadly UAS 12, is fully armored, and gives you no chances. At first this may seem an insurmountable obstacle. Avoid Chance quickly (duck out the side entrance of the room you start out in) and get to the helicopter on the roof. On one side of the helicopter (actually inside the helicopter) in an ammo box you will find a UAS 12. On the other side is a Flak Jacket. Now comes the cool part - both refill themselves after a certain amount of time. However you will probably not need it if you avoid Chances attacks and wait for a certain event. You should keep yourself positioned towards the front of the helicopter, moving from side to side to avoid Chances attacks (you may be forced to vacate this position depending on what Chance does but just avoid his attacks using the O button and work your way back to the front of the helicopter - even if you have to take the long way around the tail rotor). Chance will take a shortcut to get from one side of the helicopter to the other; he ducks under the tail end of the helicopter. You may also have noted the hint in the FMV at the beginning as to what you need to do. Did you see how the camera panned around and through the potentially deadly tail rotor of the helicopter? When you see Chance come under the tail rotor, hopefully you will be at the front of the helicopter on the same side of the helicopter he is coming to anticipating this event; use the UAS 12 to blast Chance into the tail rotor of the helicopter. It cuts him to ribbons and ends the mission. An FMV ends the game and hints about the possibility (and as we now know the inevitability) of Syphon Filter 3.
