Rules of Chess
The USCF publishes "The
Official Rules of Chess," currently in its fourth edition.
We have been advised, however, that a fifth edition is in the works and should
become
available in August 2003, or shortly thereafter. Rather than repeat our
efforts, we
plan on writing a condensation/summary of the new edition to be unveiled
on this page
